What happens after my free trial?
Your 14-day free trial includes all Professional features. At the end of your trial, you can choose to upgrade to a paid plan or downgrade to our free tier with limited features.
How are users counted?
Users are team members who can log in and access questionnaires. You can have unlimited read-only stakeholders who can view and comment on questionnaires without counting toward your user limit.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, you'll receive a credit for the unused portion.
Is there a limit on questionnaires?
No! All plans include unlimited questionnaires. The only limits are on the number of documents you can upload (Starter plan) and the number of team members.
How secure is my data?
